The imagery / photos add a lot of colors to the design of the site. As I mentioned before, the theme colors of the site are silver and black. If only these two colors are used, the whole site will look ugly and boring. However, colorful pictures make the site look interesting but not losing its original focus. I would want to see more pictures and photos in the site.
There are icons / symbols used on some of the pages. I think they do not make any confusion to me, although I do not get two or three of their meanings, I can still go on and visit further levels in the site. It usually takes me one or two seconds to understand these icons without looking at labels besides them.
