apple.com is a site that sells apple's products and provides software updates to users. It also offers technical support and apple software downloads. There is a search engine that enables users to search products and information in the site. They can search as specific as they want, including using short sentence, questions, keywords and so forth.
I really like the store section where I can find the apple's newest products and buy them online without going to an apple store. For specific products such as IPod, there is special engraving that I cannot get in apple stores. I haven't find anything confusing in apple.com and everything seems clear and accessible for me.
