Newegg.com is an online electronic shop that sells digital products such as laptops, digital cameras, computer software and so on. It also sells home appliances like kitchen knife and carving board. Small things as can openers can also be found under the home appliances categories.
There is a search bar right below the primary navigation bar, but a "browse" drop down menu is listed in the primary navigation. I really like the "browse" function. It enables me to have many search options. I can search by brand, by types and so forth. Daily specials and newly arrivals are also provided under the "browse" menu.
I like how newegg.com organizes it products into categories and its powerful search engine. Even an user with no digital or computer knowledge, he / she can still find his / her desired products on the newegg.com very easily.
However, I find the product details pages are a little bit messy. There are too many wording going on and the layout is confusing. I would suggest newegg.com to redesign the product details to be more clean and attractive.
