Case Studies Number Four--amazon.com:Site Focus

amazon.com is an online shop that people buy or sell things. It has a very powerful search engine and I can search as specific as I want like "blue jeans" or "20 dollars".

I find the primary navigation system is the most useful element in amazon.com. Labels are categories that are every detailed and I know exactly where I should find what I want. I also like the search engine, but sometimes I am just like click around and find things instead of typing.

I really like the location navigation system in the old version amazon.com. It helped me to know where I was at in the site or which section I was in. The new version does not contain that feature any more and I do think they should bring it back.
